We had known Wendy somewhat from a distance for a number of years, so when it came time to downsize and sell our large home, set on an acre of landscaped land in Philadelphia, we decided to go with her. Wendy was trained as a social worker, and her focus is therefore on her client's well-being and happiness. She convinced us, after a period of doubt on our parts, that we needed to stage our home if we wanted to attract a positive response to the aggressive price we were asking. We did everything she and the stager asked us to do. Wendy's vigilant attention to detail paid off. She and her right hand helper, Kathy, made sure everything was done just right and referred us to painters and floor people who were excellent and a delight to work with while we readied our home for sale. We got very close to our asking price and just as important, attracted a young family who loves our house as much as we did. It was a positive experience and we're very grateful.
